The retractable screens are marketed through a distributor network. The current distributor network represented PhantomTM in over 200 home shows in 1997 alone. Unobstructed view - because the screens are retractable they are only there when you want them. This means that you can restore your view by rolling the screen up. Rolling the screens up when not in use also keeps them from getting as dirty which means less time spent on cleaning. More light - insect mesh can block up to 30% of light coming through your windows. The ability to roll the screen away when not needed can help brighten dreary days. Out of the way when not in use - Unlike conventional screen doors, you do not have to open and close the Phantom Screen all year long. In the off season it is out of the way completely, effectively eliminating an extra door. For winter storage simply leave the unit in the retracted position - there is no need to take the unit off.
