Why did you get into this business? While still a Lafayette High School student, Lee Allen chose his profession and learning his craft, one roof at a time. He spent his summers roofing, performing the hard physical labor familiar to roofers prior to the introduction of nail guns and mechanical lifts, In 1972, following college and military service, he blended his work experience with his business knowledge and established Allen Roofing.
